I have been very happy with the service provided by Excel Limousine Service. The drivers are courteous and pleasant. The cars are Lincoln Towncars and are always very clean and well kept. We have out of town guests visiting our offices regularly. They frequently ask that we call them a cab if they don’t have transportation. I would never put one of our guests in a cab, I always call Excel. Their pricing is very competitive and a great value, very close to cab rates. I will never call a cab again! If you ask how long it will take for the car to arrive they will give you a very accurate estimate and are rarely late and often early. It is important that we have an accurate ETA as many of our guests are rushing out to catch a flight. Excel provides an excellent service and I pass out their business cards often.

I’ve used Manish and team for both
personal and business rides for several years. They are punctual,
professional, and, most of all, safe. They have recent, clean, and well
maintained vehicles, well trained and courteous drivers, and are always
on time.
Especially when I trust them with my family safety is my top priority, and they do a great job here, the drivers are focused and smart - not on the phone trying to get the next job.

My wife and I had the privilege of having
Excel Limo as our limo service on our wedding day. We had the 8
passenger black stretched limo that appeared to be new. It was clean,
elegant and our driver was great. He was on time, attentive to all our
needs and he even had the red carpet laid out! The champagne inside was
chilled as with other refreshments like sodas and water. The ac was
blasted, music was bumpin and we all had a good time feeling like
celebrities.
Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend the limo service from these guys.

I almost never use a car
service--pretty much only to go to the airport, and even then only
rarely. I used Excel in July 2012 and was very impressed. All the
obvious things were right--clean car, courteous driver, showed up on
time, accurate estimate of travel time, etc. They got some unusual
things right too--LATCH anchors for our car seats, no problems having
kids/seats, driver texted us when he arrived (super early) so as not to
wake up relatives, allowed us to pay and tip in advance, so we didn’t
have to worry about it at 5 am. I would definitely use them again.

It is not easy to find a car
service that works for us. We use to use several services randomly and
were not impressed. We are very very particular about the cars. Manish
keeps his cars in top form. They are beautiful and immaculate and
stocked accordingly. The drivers are professional, courteous and
interact as little or not as you determine. They are all extremely
helpful and able to make adjustments. Reservations are handled
expeditiously with impressive response time and confirmation. However,
the service and cars are superior across the board.
I first used this service for a surprise for my husband’s birthday last year, I called Excel based upon the reviews. Manish helped me make it an amazing and total surprise for my husband from hiding his suitcase in the trunk (I packed it put it on our steps) to being discreet about where we were going throughout our service and multiple stops. We used his car service from pickup at our home to two incredible days in the City. It couldn’t have been better.
We were both so impressed that his service is the only one we now use.. From special dates with my husband, Opera Season n the City, family, friends and travel, we have now had the opportunity to use this service numerous times. Because of this, I feel confident to write a review as the level of service and the impeccable condition of his cars is consistent.

I’ve been dealing with Excel limo now
for three months, have used them numerous times and am very happy with
their service.
Contacting them through email is easy, they confirm things very quickly and send electronic receipts. Together with their being able to handle changes and updates quickly, it’s one less thing to have to worry about when plans get altered. Just good old-fashioned simplicity and service.8/29/2011-Dheeraj V.Excel gave us top-notch service at my wedding in Oakland, CA. We had a number of last-minute changes and delays, and they handled it all with aplomb. Whenever I attempted to apologize for the unannounced changes in plan, they didn’t even understand why I would be apologizing for anything.
